About
The Office of the Secretariat serves as an administrative support unit for the university, coordinating the implementation of various university affairs under the direction of the President. In 2007, based on the newly revised university organizational regulations, it was divided into two groups: Public Affairs and General Affairs.
The General Affairs group handles important meetings and administrative tasks, while the Public Affairs group is responsible for media relations, public relations, and the compilation of the university's history.
The main goals and mission of the Office of the Secretariat are to be innovative and proactive, actively communicate and coordinate, emphasize teamwork, and strive for efficiency and service.
